The pranayama bolster is designed specifically for Pranayama breathing exercise. The Pranayama yoga bolster is a long, narrow bolster; it provides perfect support for deeper breathing, but can be used in many other yoga postures. This bolster is placed under the length of the spine to promote expansion of the lungs for deeper breathing. You will find that they are firm to provide full support, yet soft enough to be quite comfortable. The bolsters are stuffed with 100% clean cotton.
Our Pranayama Yoga Bolsters are up to 4 pounds, 25" x 3" x 5” in size and are hand packed hard. Each bolsters has a sturdy handle on one side.
Outer bolster cover is made from 100% soft cotton material with a full length zipper for easy removal, covers can be machine washed and tumble dried. Inner bolster pillow is also made from 100% cotton, our unique inner bolster design means the cotton can be removed or added to make a perfect bolster.
