Kakaos 4 Inch Foam Yoga Blocks are the perfect size for yogis who need just a little help reaching the ground. Our strong and sturdy yoga blocks help extend the ground up to your hand for improved alignment and balance and over time, yoga blocks will help you eventually increase your range of motion, flexibility and stability.

Our 4" Blocks are made from high density scratch resistant foam and are designed with beveled edges for a contoured grip. Available in over a dozen fantastic color choices that match our yoga mats! This is an essential yoga prop for any studio or home practice. We also carry a smaller 3" blocks, too.
