The Supportive Rectangular Yoga Bolsters are up to 8 pounds, 24" x 11" x 6” in size and are packed medium hard. Each bolsters has a sturdy handle on one side.
Outer bolster cover is made from 100% cotton material with a full length zipper for easy removal, covers can be machine washed and tumble dried. Inner bolster pillow is also made from 100% cotton.
